3、lems. This article studies from the “uses and satisfaction“ theory perspective, choose of Henan TV as an example, with the method of case study, the method of Text analysis and the method of literature,analyze from seve
4、ral angles. That is the background and reason of the column to fame. Firstly, it has strong demand; secondly, it made a good response to demand; thirdly, it has its own unique advantages, and plays a good social function
5、. Finally, the article combs the existing problems of the column, for example, Personal privacy issues to the public, unprofessional mediation, lack of follow-up service, lack of interaction, and puts forward the corres
6、ponding suggestions according to these problems. In the author’s opinion, the column should be improved from the following aspects: protecting the privacy of the parties; strengthening professional learning, updating con
7、cepts; adding the follow-up service; adding the interactive link Based on above study, the author hopes that this study can not only promote the development of of Henan TV but also can play a certain reference role to t
8、he other mediation programs. Accordingly, the mediation programs can get further development and innovation to meet the emotional needs of the parties and the audiences, resolve the existing contradictions and problems.
