簡介:山東師范大學碩士學位論文高等教育過程公平的問題與對策研究以曲阜師范大學為例姓名隋獻福申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)教育學原理指導教師唐漢衛(wèi)20071016山東師范大學碩士學位論文中文摘要人類社會正在進入知識經濟時代,知識和教育的受重視程度更加凸現(xiàn),教育正在逐漸走到現(xiàn)代社會的核心,其作用越來越重要。教育特別是高等教育對人們社會地位的提高作用更是日益明顯。高等教育公平在一定程度上體現(xiàn)著社會的公平,而且,高等教育公平也是一種實現(xiàn)社會公平的重要方式和途徑。由此,高等教育公平性問題一直是國內外教育理論界探討的重要問題之一。本文在梳理和總結相關文獻的基礎上,以促進人的全面發(fā)展為出發(fā)點,將高等教育過程公平的涵義界定為一定社會經濟條件下,在高等教育資源的合理配置基礎上,每個接受高等教育的人在接受高等教育的過程中,享有均等的機會和平等的權利,接受同等質量的教育,公平地分享學校的教育資源,以滿足和平衡每個人不斷發(fā)展的需要,從而實現(xiàn)受教育過程處于公正合理狀態(tài)。同時,本文對高等教育過程公平的特征加以分析,認為高等教育過程公平具有歷史性、相對性和差別性、主觀性、規(guī)范性等特征。近幾年來,隨著山東省高等教育事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,曲阜師范大學的高等教育事業(yè)也取得了歷史性的進步教育規(guī)模迅速擴大,教育資源不斷豐富,辦學條件明顯改善,教育環(huán)境日益優(yōu)化,教育經費投入加大,人才培養(yǎng)質量不斷提高,為山東省高等教育的發(fā)展做出了貢獻。但同時不可忽視的是,曲阜師范大學在教育公平,尤其是教育過程公平方面仍然存在不少問題,如在生均辦學條件、課程設置、師資隊伍建設等方面引發(fā)的教育過程公平問題。這些問題急需改善,否則,可能會阻礙山東省高等教育的健康發(fā)展,進而影響社會公平正義的實現(xiàn)。本文針對曲阜師范大學教育過程公平存在的問題,從宏觀和微觀兩個層面,對教育過程公平問題產生的原因進行探討,并從兩個層面嘗試提出曲阜師范大學教育過程公平實現(xiàn)的對策建議。本研究對豐富高等教育過程公平的研究,提高學術界對此問題的關注與思考起到一定的促進作用。關鍵詞教育公平;高等教育過程公平;曲阜師范大學分類號G4003

簡介:店孝弁瓤矢學博士學位論文論文題目教育結構元視野中的高等教育研究學科專業(yè)名稱教育學砸理申請人姓名宋承祥指導教師戚萬學教授論文提交時間2007年4月20日中文摘要高等教育學是教育學的分支學科,研究者多以一般教育學的研究視野審視和研究高等教育問題。但是,由于一般教育學以普通教育為對象,以揭示普通教育現(xiàn)象的特點和規(guī)律為研究的出發(fā)點和目的,因此往往不能全面而深刻地揭示高等教育自身的本質特征和規(guī)律,從而導致研究成果不能有效地指導高等教育實踐。在高等教育的發(fā)展過程中,高等教育一方面形成并發(fā)展著自身存在的邏輯一一大學精神;另一方面,高等教育又必須與時代的發(fā)展相融合,保持一種自我超越的開放性品格。正如英國著名教育家阿什比指出的“大學是遺傳和環(huán)境的產物”高等教育既是與其他各種教育活動一樣的客觀的教育形態(tài),同時又具備更高的精神層次的存在形態(tài),它不僅要完成傳授知識、培育人才的教育使命,而且自身還必須在保持自身精神和人文傳統(tǒng)的同時,承擔起傳承人類文明的責任,高等教育是一個國家文化財富的集中體現(xiàn)。從這個意義上說,高等教育已經超越了一般普通教育的社會涵義而具備了獨特的社會屬性。高等教育的這些屬性使得對高等教育的研究具有不同于一般教育研究的特殊性。在現(xiàn)有的教育學詞典中很難選擇一個恰當?shù)脑~匯對此加以整體性地描述。例如,人們習慣用“大學理念”、“大學精神”等來描述這些特殊的屬性,但是這也只能表達其涵義的一個方面,即精神繼承性的一面,卻無法揭示出高等教育在動態(tài)的社會發(fā)展中所獨具的作用與使命。鑒于這樣一種狀況,本文試圖從“教育結構元”的視角來揭示高等教育這一獨特的存在形態(tài)。本文中使用“結構元”這個概念和相應的研究范式,是以結構主義理論與元理論為立論基礎,一方面力圖表達出高等教育自身存在的內在邏輯,另一方面試圖展示出高等教育的發(fā)展與時代精神的融合。論文由此將教育結構元看作是一個縱橫交錯的“十”字交叉結構。這一縱橫關系結合而成的高等教育的。十”字結構元不僅體現(xiàn)了高等教育對自身精神的繼承,也體現(xiàn)高等教育與不同時代需要交相融合的特征。也就是說,教育結構元的這種縱橫交錯的“十”字形結構,體現(xiàn)了高等教育發(fā)展的精神繼

簡介:湖南師范大學博士學位論文我國高等教育多樣化發(fā)展的價值和路徑研究姓名魏小琳申請學位級別博士專業(yè)高等教育學指導教師張楚廷20080501民主化的過程,反映了個性發(fā)展的地位,體現(xiàn)了高等教育內部的學術價值革命過程,體現(xiàn)了知識的價值被社會充分認識和接受的過程,體現(xiàn)了人們對個性的追求開始趨向豐滿的過程。高等教育多樣化發(fā)展沒有絕對的定式,而是顯現(xiàn)出很強的國別化特征,各國之間成功的經驗也并不多。為此,需要將高等教育多樣化體系建設作為一個有意識的建構過程,建立一種與高等教育多樣化相適應的新的行為抉擇。多樣化高等教育體系的建設首先在于高等教育價值觀的轉變、在于調整政府的職能和管理制度、在于擴大高等學校辦學自主權。從這一方面上說,民主化又是多樣化高等教育體系建構中不可或缺的條件和基礎。高等教育也正是在社會的民主、發(fā)展中逐漸走向多樣,走向社會大眾。本論文圍繞著高等教育多樣化這一主題,試圖從高等教育對提升生命價值的意義上來研究高等教育多樣化的意義、建構高等教育多樣化發(fā)展的行為。。本論文正文部分共分七章,其它部分由摘要、緒論、后記組成。緒論部分主要闡明問題的提出和研究的源起,文獻綜述,說明本論文所使用的研究方法。第一章從文化視角闡述高等教育多樣化發(fā)展的必然,進行高等教育多樣化發(fā)展的本質探究,主要觀點是高等教育多樣化,其核心價值就在于反映了個性發(fā)展的地位,真正從人的發(fā)展需求來決定高等教育的發(fā)展,這實際上就是在一定的價值觀引導下進行的一種文化建構。第二章論述了高等教育多樣化的價值意義,認為整個高等教育多樣化過程是一個文化化、民主化的過程。第三章是對高等教育多樣化發(fā)展的比較研究,從國際視野來看高等教育多樣化發(fā)展的動向,主要以美國為例,分析高等教育多樣化的內在成因、表現(xiàn)形式、辦學特點和發(fā)展前景,總結經驗和啟示。第四章總結我國高等教育多樣化的實踐形式,從目標、結構、體制、機制等方面進行分類闡述,分析我國當前高等教育多樣化發(fā)展中面臨的問題。第五章對高等教育多樣化發(fā)展中的幾個理論問題進行探討。第六章是對高等教育多Ⅱ
