Gastronomic regions and Croatian zones will be presented by numerous culinary teams gathered at points where all visitors will have the opportunity to see and learn how to prepare traditional dishes such as gregada, žgvaceta, Vis bread, crostula, shepherd’s pie and many other national specialties. The end of the evening will be marked by a concert by a local audience favorite, unrepeatable Mladen Grdović. On Saturday, Gastro Biograd turns to the presentation of local winemakers and cheesemakers as the most important protagonists of the rise of the domestic and regional gastro scene.
